This is one of the best burger places in Los Angeles. I love the people and the food. The burgers are the best. Other sandwiches and hot dogs also rock. I prefer the steak fries and the ranch dressing is and other in-house creations are awesome.

My one criticism would be the fries generally. They could be crisper. But regardless, this is one of my favorite places for fast casual dining and pickup.

How did I not try this place in the bay or here any sooner... Even worse, how did I not know about this place any sooner?! Blaspheme.

I went last night with a friend who raves about this place being the best burger joint he knows.  I left the gym early to indulge.

I've been told there is a parking lot behind the restaurant, but we got in around 8p and street parking was available - so we did that!  The place was empty, but crowded with tons of plaques and recognition from different publications, which were cool to see.

I was in between the Caribbean and the Voodoo Burger, but opted with my first choice (Voodoo.)  My friend got the Caribbean, so I got a chance to taste the veggies on top.  Wow, I'm very tempted to come back today for lunch since I work so close.  Haha.  So I got the Voodoo, but it wouldn't be me if I didn't make any modifications (sorry in advance) - I removed the provolone and bacon; added avocado instead and extra sauce on the side because I like my food saucyyy.  Also swapped for the Beyond patty.  It was bomb!  I can't imagine a life without Barney's now.  I also enjoyed the sweet potato fries that came with NO salt, but there are salt and pepper on the table, so you can add to your liking.

Definitely top 5 burger spots off top!!  Be back soon :)

Came here after many years! We were a huge fan of the locations in Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco. So we have been meaning to come now that we've moved to LA since this place opened up.

I think the four-star is more of a reminiscent/nostalgic rating. They're probably closer to a three star, however. This time, and I wasn't a fan of the multi grain burger buns. However one of us have a pretzel bun, which was absolutely delicious! Both the veggie burgers as well as the beyond meat burgers are amazing as well.

I had the curly fries, which are very good. I wasn't the biggest fan of the sweet potato fries, but not to say they were bad. I just didn't care for them as much as the curly fries! Their milkshakes are all super fresh, and loved the Turkish coffee one we got this time.

That location is relatively small inside, with only around seven tables. But, I liked the cozy vibe!

Parking here, like every other location in the area, is a pain. We got lucky and parked right in front of the restaurant, but it was a one hour spot so we had to rush out of there.

My local burger joint. Pricey but tasty burgers. The sides are extra. It's a small space so maybe better to come at non busy times. They have outdoor and indoor seating. They also have shakes and other menu items to eat. The burgers are a good size, with different unique options. They also have good truffle fries! Parking if you find it is on the street on San Vicente Ave. Busy area due to other restaurants in the area as well.

Such a delightful find..as I inderstsnd it this is a branch of s San Francisco chain known for its juicy birgers and voted several times as best burger in the bay..there ate several specialty burgers and dogs, salads and various traditionsl sides and starters.
Not very crowded this tues dinner but food was spectacular as attested to by the various guest here enjoying the food..perhaps not a destination, is any burger place?,but definitely a must try if you are in Brentwood,Westwood and environs
